DREO Solaris Slim H3 review
$50–100Research-based· Last verified 2026-10-30
Verdict
A 16 in ceramic heater that stands on a 5.9 in circle, small enough for a desk corner or a narrow gap by the bed. Three hands-on reviews back it, including two winters in a Brooklyn apartment, but CNN Underscored found it weaker on a desk than the bigger 718 and measured 47 dB at its loudest.
Best for: Studios where floor space is the tightest constraint · Heating one person at a desk or by the bed
Trust Score: 68/100 Fair

Why this score: Three independent reviews with real use, though CNN Underscored was less impressed than the other two. DREO publishes dimensions, weight and measurable claims, and Bob Vila's noise figure matches the spec. It loses points for DREO's October 2026 recall of another heater, an unverified UL or ETL listing, no declared materials or warnings on the page and a 1-year warranty.
Not hands-on tested. This score is based on public, verifiable evidence. Commissions never change a score.
